To keep our business model as simple as possible, we offer two primary accountancy services to our contract workers – the administration of a Redego Umbrella and a Redego PSC. Both are Limited Liability Companies that have been setup by Redego Accountants, which are already VAT registered and hold a Limited Company bank account.
They are designed for Contractors, Temps and Freelance Professionals who want to arrange their income in the most tax efficient manner, whilst at the same time conforming to today's stringent employment legislation. All of our Limited Companies are available and ready to start invoicing through today.
Your own personal circumstances will dictate which type of service works best for you. The Redego Umbrella is a convenient, flexible and 100% HMRC compliant solution that allows contractors the opportunity to invoice their services through a Limited Company, reclaim tax deductible expenses (where applicable) and therefore take home more money than being a PAYE employee. When working under our Redego Umbrella service you will benefit from free Professional Indemnity Insurance, access to a weekly 'pay as you go' Stakeholder Pension and tax efficient Child Care Vouchers.

The Redego PSC (Personal Service Company) is designed for long term professional contractors that want to operate in business on their own account. It is only available to individuals who are (in the eyes of a Tax Inspector) running a commercial and viable 'going concern' business and therefore adding value to the UK Economy. It is not recommended to contract workers that provide their services through a recruitment agency and undertake long term assignments at one particular client site.
By exclusively providing these two services, we have been able to continually adapt and improve the experience our clients have when working through a Limited Company. Before you even start working, you will be given clear, simple and easy to follow instructions of what is required by us and when.
