You are a full time employee of your Umbrella Company. In your employment contract with your Umbrella Company your full time place of work would be your home address. You would be expected to travel to and from your home address in order to complete temporary contracts of employment.

As a full time employee of your Umbrella Company, you do not need to fill our any tax returns. Like any other employer, your Umbrella Company will give you a P60 at the end of the financial year, and will issue you with a P45 when you choose to leave.

As a full time employee, you are also entitled to statutory employment rights such as maternity pay, statutory sick pay and holiday pay.
